My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the main tourist sights and close to the train station and Nishiki market. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were basic but functional with bunk beds that did the job. The service was exceptional, with staff being extremely understanding and helpful.
